The ground floor is very spacious and has an open layout. It offers a cozy living area with fire place, a dining area, a kids play area and a separate kitchen.

There are large sliding doors opening into the outdoor dining area and the swimming pool with a large deck. There is an outdoor kitchen with a fridge and barbeque. The pool is spacious and there is also a pool house with a shower, sink and a toilet.
